Our authentication and inspection process

Every watch we sell or source goes through a careful authentication and inspection process:

• Authenticity. We verify that the watch is genuine.
• Reference and specifications. We confirm the reference and specifications match what is represented.
• Condition and components. We examine the watch's condition and components so what you receive matches the listing.

Our goal is simple: source the right watch, verify it carefully, and make buying as transparent and secure as possible.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is offered on select watches and is decided case by case. Most newer models (2025 and later) come with a 1-year warranty. Please ask us about coverage for any specific piece before you buy. Terms are confirmed at the time of sale.

Jewelry care

Jewelry purchased from By Barnett includes free cleanings for life. This applies to jewelry only, not watches.
