At By Barnett we pride ourselves in our ability to flexible and creative, so we can bring your ideas to life.

To get a project started there are a few questions we will need you to answer that will help us get things moving.

1. Design Idea: 
   
   Every custom piece starts with your idea. The more detail you can give us the better. A photo of something similar you have seen, a drawing, or at the very least a verbal description are vital in our ability to turning your thoughts into gold.
   
   
2. Timeline: 
   
   Generally our pieces can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and our availability. If you have a timeline such as a wedding or birthday that you need your piece in time for, please let us know AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! 
   
   
3. Budget: The touchiest.... and most important question.
   
   In custom work it is vital for us to understand what kind of runway you have for your specific project. Letting us know what you are comfortable in spending from the start gives us the ability to get you the highest quality piece for the least amount of money and effort.
   
   
4. Deposit: Please be DEPOSIT READY!
   
   Before a design is mocked up we require a non-refundable $500 deposit to be placed. This will cover the CAD (Computer Animated Design) and wax.
   
   Please note: If a project is particularly large or labor intensive and additional deposit may be required.
   
   
5. Any other additional questions!: 
   
   At the end of the day custom jewelry is supposed to be fun, engaging, and meaningful. If you ever have questions about the process or how we operate... ask! We are ALWAYS transparent.
